| From your list of 3, I only requested JADAIR to come and give a firm quote along with another local company who was a Solahart rep. I like to use local businesses whenever possible. The solahart rep was arrogant and put all other systems down and talked to us as if we knew nothing. The JADAIR rep was polite and honest, giving us comparisons between their Edwards system and others, good or bad. Their price was slightly higher apart from 1 of the email quotes, however with the stainless tank, the ongoing cost are minimal which put them in front for us. |

| After we filled out our rebate forms, both state and federal, they said they would fill out their parts and then send them in with the required documents. It now appears that neither state or federal departments can find them, so unsure now as to whether they sent them or the gov. dept's have lost them. Wouldn't mind to much except it's a few thousand dollars. Apart from that no complaints with the service or installation. We signed the contract on a Friday and it was installed the following Thursday. Haven't run out of hot water yet! Two adults, three teenage kids plus a boyfriend!!! |
