One salesman (SolarDepot) came without any brochure, or even a quote sheet - he even had a trainee salesman with him! I had contacted them after they mounted a display at my local supermarket (a display that was never manned incidentally).
During their time with me, I had to write everthing down, including his guestimate quote, that I felt I needed to remember & so be able to compare their product with another.
The salesman made a follow up call a few weeks later, but unfortunately the 'feedback' options on his call back record form only gave the optional responses of 1) Better Price or 2) Different Product. |
