| As soon as I contacted the three companies in my area, it became clear that one was not interested, the second wanted to sell me units made in Vanuatu and the third only did installations (so I had to source the unit and then have somebody else pick it up, remove the old heater, fit and commission this one. I had no idea whether they were experienced, qualified or even accredited by the manufacturer and no idea of what to do if something went wrong, so I actually chose an updated model of the one it was to replace. It came with a 10 year guarantee (5 for labour), was made in Australia and all up, the unit and installation cost a total of $5005 - well worth it too. |

| I was so impressed with the service with the old model and the assistance I had received from Solahart Energy Saving Centre at Burleigh Heads with my decision-making that, not only did I purchase another Solahart HWS, I had their plumber fit it and convinced my daughter and son-in-law to fit a Solahart HWS too. We are extremely happy with their sales staff, their service and their product. |
