Customer Service:4*
Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? The installation went well: plumber/electricians arrived on time and were very professional. The office/sales staff were helpful. So far (two weeks in) we are getting hot showers without relying on mains electrical supply. My roof faces west so I was a bit concerned about the viability of the system but the large tannk (305L) and two panels are doing the job for the two of us in the house. Two general points for consumers to note: (1) it takes 30 secs to 1 min for the cold water to clear the tap in the morning... you may want to catch this water in a bucket for your plants. I understand this is fairly typical of solar systems. (2) the plumber advised that I will need to test the pressure relief valve on the roof every three months or so. Although this won't be a huge issue in my case as I have a low set house it is something I was not expecting to have to do and other consumers who do not have easy access to their roof may wish to consider this before purchasing.
