| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Salesperson said he had confirmed quote and installation appointment, I was trying to contact him to confirm date and time for installation, when I could not reach the salesperson I ordered a HWS from another supplier, then Ecosmart's plumber arrived and we were unprepared, plumber was very polite and gracious, after some phone calls with the salesperson from Ecosmart I cancelled the second order and Ecosmart's plumber completed installation. Cannot fault plumber's workmanship or attitude, also Ecosmart's electrician is also excellent, but still have feelings of dissatisfaction with Ecosmart's salesperson who didn't return call requesting confirmation of installation appointment. |
