Then, after an initial call, they came round to inspect and make sure there wouldn't be any nasty surprises or additional expenses. Then they came and did the job in a morning, making sure that when they left the only sign of their presence was hot water in the tap. All in all, very straightforward with no causes for complaint whatsoever. |
