| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Edwards Bayside were the first ones to ring to offer a quote & came to quote the same day. The 2 other Companies took alot longer up to a week for one of them to even follow up my enquiry to try & arrange a quote. We only actually received a quote from Edwards Bayside as the 2nd Company to ring didn't have available Sales Persons to quote & said they would call back to arrange a time & day we are still waiting for that call. Our need was urgent as we have 2 small children & our old hot water system had broken. Bayside Edwards offered a temporary system which wasn't required as the Solar System was installed 3 days later. Upon installation 2 roof tiles were broken one was left the other was glued together, my partner noticed this & after 1 call it was rectifies on the same day. Overall we are extremely happy with the service from Edwards Bayside & the Solar Hot Water is even better than we expected. |
