| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | I had to contact them, they never rang back when they said they would. The only reason I found out when it was going to be installed was when the electrician rang me to see if I was going to be home on that day. I did interest free terms on the solar hot water system, the salesman turned up 45 minutes late, never rang. He didnt complete the forms properly, and got the amounts wrong, in my favour. I have had no further contact with them. I figured when they finaly work it out they will ring me........... or not. |
