| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We recently had a solar hot water installed. Compare to other company's sales who either didn't turn up or didn't bother to check the roof and current hot water tank location, the Blu Sky salesperson was very knowledgeable, he followed up with our order, installation arrangement, and even called to check everything is fine a few days after the installation. Blusky also provided a written quote on different size systems for our consideration. After we paid the deposit, they found out the smaller system we ordered was not available and offered to upgrade to a larger system with no extra cost we were happy about it. Installation was good, the tradies were on time, knew what they are doing and removed our old water tank free of charge. The system has been working very well since installation about a month ago, I did not need to turn on the booster switch. |
