| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | First of all, thank you for your advice! We had already checked out another supplier from your list (prior to your suggestions), but Barney from Hot Water made sense and really explained things beautifully. We had a quote from another group - who literally added the gov't rebates into their quotes and then took it off at the end of the quote. (Dodgy??!!). Because of the tricky construction in our multi-level home, Barney came up with the best solution. A week later our plumber (a friend) came over and wanted to check out the system. He said they'd done a 'great job of installation' - high praise from one plumber about another. |
