Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? While everyone was very nice, it took a while to get follow up to fix problems with hot water pressure and a pipe left in the old hotwater cupboard. However I dare say if I had followed up more consistently this would have been solved sooner. Also I was unhappy to realise that the temperature of the water would be so low, due to the gov't. regulation requiring the temperature not be above 50 degrees in bathrooms. If I had been given this info before installation I would have paid extra to have a had separate regulator for the kitchen and laundry, which, as I have since found out, the government allows to be supplied with 60 degree temperature water. This may be an issue throughout the trade, but I feel it should be discussed before installation as any changes now would be much more expensive and troublesome. However overall I am happy with the system and feel it is a very good quality and value for money system.
