| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | I was 'unlucky' and the system installed by Ureco had a leaky panel - presumably a manufacturing default or a mishandling issue. That apparently meant I had to deal with Rheem directly on a warranty claim which took some time to resolve. However this warranty process sucks as it puts all the inconvenience on the customer. Noy happy with Rheem. Considering I bought the system from Ureco and they installed it I did not appreciate the run around of having to deal with another company ie Rheems WA agent. I resisted this run-around but to no avail. Ureco themselves were fantastic and finished the job quickly when Rheem finally approved the claim. Its a pity that the installation didn't go smoothly but that's entirely due to Rheems quality control and poor policies. |
