Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience?Since our solarhart was installed we have water damage to our ceiling directly where the unit is installed. I contacted Solarhart whom arranged for the installer to return and look at the damage. We have had a lot of rain and solarhart rep was trying to say the water damage to our ceiling was from the rain and not the unit. My husband was able to take photos of the hole in our roof next to the solar pipe. Solarhart again came out to repair the damage. I am yet to contact them to find out if they are also going to pay to fix our ceiling. I am unable to confirm at this point if the leak is fixed until the ceiling is painted and we have more rain it is hard to determine old water damage to anything new. Max the solarhart rep whom we bought the unit through was fantastic. It has been 6 weeks since the unit was installed and I'm still waitiing on paperwork so that I can claim government rebates. I haven't been impressed with aftercare service at all.
