| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We had our old solar system finaly give up the ghost after a particularly cold snap. It had provided 20 years of good service and we wanted to replace like for like systems. After talking to Rob at Living Solar, who, incredibly was the only "salesperson" that actually understood our needs and requirements sent us a quote immediately for a system that was similar to the system that needed replacing. From the time we accepted the quote (same day) to the installation was some 3 days. We were amazed how quickly Rob was able to secure a system for us considering such a short timespan we gave him as some suppliers quoted weeks before they could install a replacement system for us. We cannot fault Rob or Living Solar and of course their installer who raised to the challenge of removing and then installing a solar hot water service on a 2 storey tin roof after it rained!
