| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | When the plumber initial came to install the unit, he ran the pipes on the outside of my cedar panelling on my deck. I said to the plumber I didn't want that and we could take the panels off to run the pipes in the wall. He wouldn't do that and ran them on the outside and made it look ugly. After I rang Solarhart, told them of my disappointment, they arranged another plumber to come back (within the week) to run the pipes in the wall, if I took the panels off. I even offered to pay more to get the job done like that. I took the panels off, they ran the pipes in the wall, I put the panels back on and it is exactly what I wanted. I got a call from Solarhart asking was I happy and I said yes and how much extra I owed. They said nothing more to pay. They did this out of the goodness of their heart. I am very impressed at this service. |
