| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | The installation caused water to leak through our ceiling because of holes not sealed properly and tiles not put in place correctly. It took four attempts to fix it, and the stain ended up 1m x 60cm. I needed to get several paint quotes to fix it, while the qualified plumber who couldn't stop the water leaking insisted on painting it himself. The installer didn't have a compass, and fitted the solar unit on the side of our house facing west, when the front of our house is North. The sales and office people were great, the installation people are the worst tradespeople I have ever dealt with. I'd be surprised if they could fit a replacement light globe. |
