| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | I decided to go with a PV supplier that; had very good knowledge of the technology (some others were just salespeople who could not answer questions on specifications etc), willing to go that step to ensure I got what I required (including doing extra resource of a new hybrid inverter and visiting me home ensure it will all work and provide an accurate quote) and was very honest (I initially was enquiring about solar horwster and talked me out of it). A good price was important, but the above and having the right system is more important than cheapest price. |
