Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We bought a Rinnai which had a $100 cash back from Rinnai via Harvey Norman and we haven't been able to apply for that as yet because Rinnai removed the application form from their website before we had time to access it. We have been trying to get some satisfaction from Harvey norman ever since. Have now threatened reporting to Fair Trading. We also found that we were not even getting 3 showers from the new system but had NEVER run out of water before (even when we had 5 teenagers living with us). Rinnai checked the tank and immediately decided it should be replaced. This was done yesterday (which was within 4 working days) and I hope this has fixed the problem but I don't know yet. |
