| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Eastern Suburbs Solar sent an experienced engineer to visit my property and give me advice. There were some severe limitations on what could be installed, as my gas supply is from narrow diameter pipes set in the house's slab so can't be changed. I had to spend more than I expected because of the limitations of the property, but the installation was very smooth and I had ample hot water the same day. Watershed West made a time to visit and quote, but several hours before that they put a quote under my door saying they had inspected my property. They must have done it from the outside only, as their recommendation was unsuitable and they did not bother to follow up. The third company never contacted me. |
