Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience?Dingo was selected out of 5 companies that I had sought quotes and advice from as best suiting my requirements. Reasons for rejecting the others included any combination of lack of recognisable contact, technical knowledge, indications that obtaining the quote was going to be a long and drawn out process, failure to present a full explanation of their intended installation process and (in some) a 'we're doing you a favour' attitude. Dingo Solar gave me a 'base price quote' for what I wanted on first discussion, answered all 'technical' questions that I threw at them to my satisfaction and had their Management Technical representative at my house to review my requirements and advise any foreseable problems at a time of my convenience two days later. Being satisfied with all that had occurred so far, I was happy to sign off on a contract at that stage with some upgrades I had decided upon (my decisions) and the final quote was very close to the original base price (in fact Dingo offerred to and did meet me half way on the additional costings I had asked for). Installation was done on an agreed date by a very professional team from Dingo, I was on hand and observed what I conceived to be 'best practice' both in OH&S and technical proficiency throught the installation process, the end result being at least 110% of my expectations. I am very happy with Dingo Solar, and would recommend them without hesitation. Definitely the 'Technical Gentlemen of the Solar Industry'.
