| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Edwards were good to deal with, the problems were their contract installers - Rheem. Roof tile broken and poor silicon fix attempt caused water damage next time it rained. If they had only told us I had spare tiles to fix a I'm sure was an accident. Water hammer due to poorly supported pipes. Electricatrician had run cable straight over copper hot water pipe, and had left cabling unsecured in an accessable area. Electrical cabling fixed up, no action on the rest though. Pity Rheem own Edwards and SolarHart and thats the majority of the solar HW market. |
