| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Value for money remains to be seen but price was competitive. Quality of system can only be determined over 36 month or longer timeframe. Communication difficulties with vendor - rarely available. Means I'm chasing. Fitted pipe insulation has no weather protection and unless I resolve that myself it will fall apart within 5 years. This is a certainty as it happened on my aircon pipes. Installers turned up a day early but no kit delivered. Communication problems for sure but didn't impact installation timeframe. Installers supposed to fill in warranty details but no docs provided. Means I'm chasing. Part of the quote was assistance to fill in Fed rebate form. It was emailed after chasing but vendor did not know they have to fill in section 3 & 4. Still chasing. |
