| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | After we filled out our rebate forms, both state and federal, they said they would fill out their parts and then send them in with the required documents. It now appears that neither state or federal departments can find them, so unsure now as to whether they sent them or the gov. dept's have lost them. Wouldn't mind to much except it's a few thousand dollars. Apart from that no complaints with the service or installation. We signed the contract on a Friday and it was installed the following Thursday. Haven't run out of hot water yet! Two adults, three teenage kids plus a boyfriend!!! |
