| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | The sales person was straightforward and quick to response. However the installers were non communicative and abrupt. They were rude and didn't bother to communicate with us at all. They made decisions that we did not approve like taking away our old copper pipes and installed a pipe hanging from the roof that was unsightly. When we asked them to rewire the pipe, they came after a few days and became really sarcastic. It was unpleasant to deal with them. Otherwise, the company supplied very good hot water system. It works really well and we are very happy with the price and product. No regrets at all. Tks!! |
