| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We went through GermanTech(ImpactSolar) who then lined up HotWaterHeroes for the Install, and provided a regular local contractor (Julian) for the electrical. The sales/info/service from GermanTech was excellent (I tend to ask a lot of questions and back-and-forth a lot :) ) and the install from HotWaterHeroes was first class as was the sparky (Julian) who also installed the Bluetooth scheduled timer for us. Nothing was too difficult, every question I had was answered, and all involved were completely professional on all parts of the job. with plenty of time to walk me through the various components. Every aspect of the install looks completely neat and tidy. This is the second time I've gone through this quotes site (the first for SolarQuotes) and I continue to be impressed by the quality service providers we are put in touch with. Thanks all. |
