| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We bought a Tivok system from the Enter Shop, three heat pumps and the HW storage, over $13,000 installed. One of the heat pumps failed while under warranty and we asked the Enter Shop to fix it. They did not respond for some time, then informed us that the purchase was from a separate company called Lenah Valley P/L that was under liquidation. On investigating at ASIC we found the this company was owned by the same people who own the Enter Shop. They had set up a front company to sell dodgy products and then closed it down to avboid responsibility. We are left with bills to fix the product that was still under warranty and no-one to cover those bills. |
