| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Two things: I got a bigger tank than I needed. I asked for something comparable to the old one, but I got one slightly bigger. (Unnecessary - too much hot water, and obviously cost more than a smaller one would have) In the promotional pictures of solar hot water systems they show a tank sitting neatly beside your house. In reality, there are a multitude of pipes running to and from the tank. It is unsightly, it is not good if you have children as some of them are hot, and when comparing it to the advertising, it is in fact misleading. If I had realised this, I would have asked for the tank to be behind the house not along the side where the main yard is. I considered making a complaint about false adverstising. |
