| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | It is a new branch of an established business, and they were obviously very eager to please. The system is great The installation was not well organized, but they rectified the few issues in a way which showed the place high value on customer satisfaction. The main problem was communication between the company and the plumbers installing, but I think this was more a reflection of the fact that they had recently started this new branch of their business which is well-established in other locations. I think for future customers this wouldn't be a concern, and overall I would recommend them. |
