| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | We chose the Edwards Solar LX Series as we beleive that it is the better system and that it it should service our needs and last for many years withour requiring and servicing. The sales rep really only had to agree to a price as we had already done our home work and made our decision on the product that we intended to purchase. He was very polite and informative with all of our questions on this product as well as other products that thay supply. The installers arrived at the time they said that they would be here, assessed the existing hot water system and the area where the new system was to be installed, explained to us what they were going to do and went to work with the installation. They even replaced a number of broken tiles on our roof that they had noticed. The end result is that we beleive we have purchased the best solar hot water system for our needs at a good price with the sales and installation teams being very professional and informative. |
