| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | Only 1 problem after a few days the mixer went faulty and being a rainy friday their installers do not work when it rains and on weekends so it seems and the nearest time they could fix it was the following Wednesday which is absolutely ridiculous not having hot water for 6 days but they did try to get a installer to come out and replace the mixer but could not get one but the guy that installed it did ring from the Gold Coast and told me how to remove the mixer and redirect the pipes so we could have hot water. So we had hot water again until Wednesday when they came and replaced the faulty mixer. The thing is if the problem was up on the roof or something that I could not fix myself we would have been without hot water for 6 days which would of ended up with a lot of smelly people. |
