| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | I've had a Run On Sun evacuated tube system for almost 3 years now, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. With the exception of mid-winter, the electric booster element almost never turns on, which means our household has basically free hot water. The customer support has also been fantastic. We had a minor issue with the system, and were sent spare parts free-of-charge via express mail (again, this was almost 3 years after initial purchase). |
