Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? We had a SolarArk 30 evaporative tube system with a 370 litre tank installed by SolarGreen on the 1st September 2015. The installation was completed by a very professional team who did a very neat and tidy job. Due to the configuation of our roof we had to have the tubes installed on a west facing roof rather than the recommended north facing roof, and even though it is only early spring we have only used 9 kWh of power for hot water in the first 24 days. We found the price very competitive when comparing evaporative tubes to flat panel systems as the government subsidy is much higher for evaporative tubes due to higher efficiency. The difference in price, including the Govt. subsidy, between equivalent systems was only $322. So it was a no brainer to go with the evaporative tubes especially as the tubes come with a longer warranty.
