| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | This industry is terribly difficult to deal with, we have had quotes from several suppliers for a 5kW solar system and for a evacuated tube hot water system, nobody seems willing to listen and it is hard to find truth when so many people tell such different things. In the end, we went with FrogSolutions for both systems, their customer service is TERRIBLE, we paid deposits on both and never received a confirmation or a receipt, they don't ring to let you know when installation will be, when you call to find out they make you feel pushy. For the hot water system only one person contacted us out of the three and he preceded to tell me what I wanted and wouldn't listen to what I really wanted. Terrible industry. |
