| Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience? | The installers did a good job and we are happy with the solar hot water system. The only downside is that we were not told by the supplier, before the installation, that the tubes going up and down the roof won't be covered with the covering that are used by airconditioning installers. If we were told of that beforehand we could have asked them to cover it during installation. A workmate who had their solar water system installed by a different company covered the tubes during installation, and it's part of the job quote. Our supplier told us that can be done for an additional fee, we have requested them to do it, and we are still waiting for it to be installed. |
